Who We Are

Our company has been operating since 1980 in the Rocca Massima area in the province of Latina , carrying on a family tradition linked to the cultivation of olives and the production of extra virgin olive oil.

Over time, we have chosen to combine the experience we have gained with an increasingly attentive vision of the quality and identity of the product , respecting the rhythms of nature and the value of the raw materials.

From this choice is born NIRÓ , our flagship extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from 100% Itrana olives , harvested and processed with care to express freshness, aromatic intensity and character.

Alongside NIRÓ, there continues to be space for the products that have always been part of our work: extra virgin olive oil, white Itrana olives and Gaeta DOP , processed according to tradition.

Each of our products is born from respect for the raw material, from the bond with the territory and from a story that continues, harvest after harvest .
